I am a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who embarked on my career journey at 15, swiftly advancing to a Regional Manager position by 20, managing 20 stores. My early career was marked by a strong capability to work efficiently under pressure. In 2011, I took a bold step, moving from Poland to England without a concrete plan, and joined an Italian food chain in a nationwide role. My contributions led to the successful launch of several branches, and I eventually took on the role of Operations Manager for 36 branches in London, significantly impacting the region's success.
 

After a fruitful period in hospitality, I transitioned into the construction industry, initially with an independent concrete supplier, thriving in a dynamic and high-pressure environment. My ability to provide exceptional customer service and foster client relationships stood out, aligning with my commitment to excellence.
 

Seeking further growth, I then shifted to a construction company office role, handling a wide range of administrative tasks to accounting responsibilities. In just two years, I played a pivotal role in growing the company’s turnover from £1 million to £35 million, showcasing my versatility and profound impact across various sectors.
 

With experiences spanning three of the most demanding global industries and a stint as a navigator in high-speed car racing, I've honed my ability to make quick, strategic decisions and ensure seamless business operations. My passion for travel, food, and business, coupled with an unwavering ambition, makes me an exceptional Virtual Assistant.
